ENNISCOE HISTORIC GARDENS

Enniscoe Historic Gardens in County Mayo IrelandAt Enniscoe there is a Victorian walled garden, an organic walled garden and 19th century pleasure grounds that extend to the shores of Lough Conn.

The walled garden dates back to the early 18th century. However, the present focus of the garden is on the Victorian period with plants of that era, and on the many fine architectural features that have been restored under the Great Gardens of Ireland Restoration Programme.
