RENT OFFICE

The Rent Office is situated in a range of old farm buildings behind Enniscoe House, on the farm road leading to the lake. The fishery manager has the house next to it and on the other side is a yard now in use as garden offices.

The Rent Office has been comfortably and attractively converted into a one bedroom house but it is simple and traditional in style. Downstairs there is an entrance lobby, and a living room with a stoned flagged floor and open fireplace. The kitchen retains the old shelving, and has an electric cooker and fridge. Upstairs there is one bedroom, with a double bed and a single bed and bathroom.

The fireplace in the living room has a back boiler, which heats radiators in the bedroom and the bathroom, and also the water. There is an immersion heater as well to ensure a good supply of hot water. There are also plug in oil filled radiators to provide extra heating as required.
