Enniscoe Historic Gardens Ireland
At Enniscoe House there is a Victorian walled garden, an organic walled garden and 19th century pleasure grounds that extend to the shores of Lough Conn.
The walled garden dates back to the early 18th century. However, the present focus of the garden is on the Victorian period with plants of that era, and on the many fine architectural features that have been restored under the Great Gardens of Ireland Restoration Programme.
Step back in time and discover the history and wonderful characteristics of this notable walled garden. Walk along the pathways of the pleasure grounds that lead to the lakeshore, or take the nature trail through the old woodland.
The gardens are open to the general public from April to October, Tuesday to Saturday 10.00am to 4.00pm; Sunday 12 Noon - 4.00pm.
Admission: Adults €6.00, Children €3.00, Family €12.00
Visitors staying at Enniscoe can access the gardens at all times, free of charge.
Group Tours: At Enniscoe we can cater for small groups at a time and we will try to arrange tours to suit your itinerary.
