Carne Golf Links
Carne Golf Links, is an eighteen-hole championship links course, designed by the late Eddie Hackett.
The course has received excellent reviews in Golf International and Links Magazine in Canada.
Michael Pask of Golf International wrote of Carne, "This was, for me, not merely the golfing highlight of the trip. Instead, I felt that I knew how Livingstone felt when he discovered Victoria Falls"
Ron Crowley of Links Magazine wrote of Carne in an article on the Great Golf Courses of the British Isles, " Hackett had a good deal of help from the Almighty, for this landscape rivals Ballybunion and Portrush in grandeur. Valleys swing past high dunes, fashioning the most natural, isolated fairways. Countless mounds host many tees, which like the plateau greens, afford lovely views of the pristine coast and adjacent farmland."
